Very poor service today. Brought it in for a specific issue and a discount oil change they said would be $49 . when I got the car back, they said they didn’t even look at the issue I came in for which was on the intake form. I agreed on purchasing two new tires also. When I picked up the car, the additional labor for oil change and putting the tires on car was $170. Additional charge for shop services like rags, etc. I purchased the car here, but will not return. Beware of hidden fees.

Today 08/07/26 We came in to shop, pick up a few items with my girls. I was followed around the store. Every alsie there she was, the lady with green hair. Not asking if we needed anything, just following us because of our skin color. What a shame, I went to the front and let the manager know that I am uncomfortable, and we left. This kind of behavior is not called for. I don't steal, and I am with my children, no big bags, just my small shoulder purse. What I was buying is way bigger than my purse. The feeling is not welcomed and I can take a hint. We will not be back.

Michael’s is one of our favorite stores for home and craft projects. My girlfriend especially loves coming here for thread, fabrics, and buying cloth by the yard for different creative ideas around the house. There’s always a good selection, and it’s fun just walking around getting inspiration for new projects. We picked up some Diamond Art projects and a new sewing machine for a good deal. The store is usually organized well, and the staff has always been helpful whenever we need help finding materials or figuring out sizing and supplies. We also appreciate the coupons and sales, which make hobby projects a lot more affordable. Overall, it’s a great place for crafts, art supplies, decorating, and DIY projects, and we always leave with new ideas.

Disabled parking and building is accessible. Staff was very helpful and even showed me where this item was located, earning the 3 stars! But the prices were very high and I left empty handed. I needed a guest book and vases for a funeral. The guest book here was $38 and I purchased one at Hobby Lobby WITH a fancy pen with pen holder for $8.99. They looked very similar so it wasn't that the Michael's choice was a premium item. Michael's, please review your prices. I like your choices but the prices were very high. A basic, clear cylinder vase was about $28 also. I was looking at very basic items. I don't want to have to wait for sales, use a coupon or collect points to buy very basic items.

Michaels has everything you need for art projects, arts and crafts, out for that serious art student.. The prices are pretty normal..I would suggest if you use canvas, to make your own. ,(it's pretty simple) most of the employees are pretty cool and know their stuff.. However be on guard because there is one old bitty who is not so Nice..
